TIME.com just launched its annual list of the 50 Best Websites and Issuu has been chosen! Needless to say, we’re extremely honored to be recognized by one of the most accomplished publications in the world. And the list is very impressive: We’re up there with giants such as Google and Amazon but also younger hip services such as Spotify, Kiva and Hulu.

I just discovered Issuu thanks to the B Society, which uses Issuu to publish its B-Alive Magazine. Reading a magazine page by roaming around it with my cursor, without having to click anything, was a huge improvement over all my previous experiences of reading print-format magazines online. Well done! And thank you!
Intially i was skeptical, I thought issuu is also one more web 2.0 social app that is just following the trend. My perception changed after I started using it. Its more like a kindle on the web. The experience is valuable. Moreover I can feel the magazine / publications.. its not just like scrolling the pdfs on the desktop.
I appreciate the thought process that has gone into creating this wonderful user experience. my best wishes are with the team at Issuu.

Yes, great site with a great concept. But as a customer, I am frustrated at the low level of help that is offered. A community board is not the best way to get help if any at all.
It would be great if features I am getting are listed in an easy to find manner, and info like the best way to change the newsstand address. Even if it is I have to start over.
Just plain everyday help for the layman is really all I ask.
